Goads have opened transactions with Manchester United for £75million-appraised Toby Alderweireld.
Red Devils manager Jose Mourinho is known to have focused on the Belgium global protector as a major aspect of the guarded redo he is arranging at Old Trafford this late spring.
Alderweireld is set to out of agreement in 2020 and has neglected to achieve concurrence with Tottenham over another arrangement.
