According to the latest reports stemming from Italy this morning, Premier League champions Manchester City have seen their first official offer for Napoli midfielder Jorginho rejected by the Partenopei.
But, as per the aforementioned updates stemming from Italy this morning, City’s move for Jorginho may not be quite as straightforward as they had first hoped, amid claims that the Sky Blues have been informed that their opening offer was a full 20 million Euro short of Napoli’s valuation of their star midfielder.
