Shocking! MP Simon Mbugua arrested over attack on former NCBDA chairman

Simon Mbugua was charged close by two speculated goons who were discovered on camera striking previous NCBDA Chairman Timothy Muriuki.

Under Kenyan law, burglary with viciousness is a capital offense that draws in the sentence to death.

The three suspects were charged under Section 292 (2) which sets up capital punishment on those discovered blameworthy of theft that includes savagery.
