Inside K’Ogallo fans branded paraphernalia

Gor Mahia FC seems to have vibrant fans who are full of energy and theatrics world-wide.

The loyal fans known by their green-themed regalia during K’Ogallo’s matches are always in high spirits.

Apart from causing mayhem, they are also known for their entertainment antics before, during and after the tackles.

Apparently, they always don’t come bare-handed.

Anywhere you will spot a Gor fan, you must see them in possession of funny paraphernalia.

My worry is whether the branded drums, vuvuzelas and stones add value to their cheering.

The fans have caused the champion team irreparable damages over the past years.

Gor was recently fined a colossal KSh860,000 by the Kenyan Premier League Independent Disciplinary Body for pitch invasion and destruction of property by supporters.

This was after an incident where fans pour into the Kasarani pitch after Gor defeated Petro Atletico 1-0.

The club’s leadership is also fed up with the fans immature traits.

The Secretary General Ronald Ngala has cautioned the club’s fans to show maturity and shun any sort of violent behaviour that may result in CAF sanctions.

Do you support when cheering is substituted with hooliganism?
