The Kenya Urban Roads Authority (KURA) has notified commuters who use Ngong Road of planned traffic disruptions from March 25 to April 5, 2019.
The disruptions will be between China center and prestige plaza along Ngong road.
On Twitter, the Kenya Urban Roads Authority issued an alert on Friday, informing the road users to take caution due to works that will be ongoing on the road.

“This is occasioned by some minor works to rectify defects and improve the section,” part of the tweet read.
They also requested for cooperation among the Ngong road users.
A KURA communications officer clarified to local media that the road won’t be totally closed, rather disrupted by various diversions that will be provided.
In 2017, the same road had been closed for surface works along the section.
The initiative was funded and contracted by the Japanese government.
The governmental body was expanding Ngong Road into a dual carriageway in order to curb the traffic on that route.
