Mombasa County Government has today revealed its plan to launch a feedback system in the efforts to improve service delivery.
This comes after the County Government of Mombasa through the Department of Trade, Tourism & Investment held a sensitization programme to the members of the business community on the Business-to-Government (B2G) Feedback System.
The feedback system dubbed Huduma Kwanza will enable members of the public to direct their enquiries, complaints or suggestions via web or mobile phone for quick responses and enjoy quality service delivery from the County Government of Mombasa.
A top official from the department of Trade, Tourism; Mr Rashid said that to this extend, the County Government of Mombasa has not only experienced considerable and steady increment in revenue collection but also embodied the true spirit of devolution by ensuring quality service delivery is provided right at the fingertips of all its residents.
This feedback system will go a long way in ensuring that the needs of the people are addressed with the urgency it deserves and also will enable smooth running of the county activities.
