Arsenal have confirmed that Spain international Denis Suarez is joining them from Barcelona on loan for the remainder of the season.
The 25-year-old attacking midfielder is reunited with head coach Unai Emery. He spent the 2014/15 season on loan with Sevilla, where he was part of the squad which won the 2015 Europa League.
Unai said: “We are very happy that Denis Suarez is joining us. He is a player we know well and I have worked with him at Sevilla. He brings us quality and options in many different attacking positions, so he’ll be able to help the team.”
The loan deal is subject to the completion of regulatory processes.
