Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) for foreign Affairs Ababu Namwamba was key in this year’s annual Isambo cultural festival held during Christmas festivities.
Residents danced and made merry of all kind in what was a pure entertainment moment for the locals courtesy of Ababu Namwamba.
