Blogger Robert Alai also tweeted a message to Museveni, asking the veteran President to allow dissenting voices.
The dictatorship in Uganda should see the wisdom of starting to listen to dissenting voices. Ethiopia has shown the region the way. We must loudly condemn @KagutaMuseveni’s determination to silence alternative voices in the Pearl of Africa. Museveni MUST #FreeBobiWine

His family and friends were not allowed to see him on Thursday but going by the wounded and maimed images of other detainees, some people believe that the Ghetto President could be injured.
Two women Night Asara & Jane Abola were among the people arrested alonside @HEBobiwine. They were hurt when they were produced in court. Clearly tortured. Night Asara, one of the ladies, was bleeding from her private parts in court. Bleeding from private parts? Nkt #FreeBobiWine pic.twitter.com/fbULgbLllR

The musician has stood up against Museveni and some people believe he is the Super hero that Ugandan youth have been crying for a long time.
His popularity continue to soar and that could be the reason why Museveni is so afraid of his rising star. On Monday, Wine’s driver was shot dead but it is believed the bullet was meant for him.
