Kenyans want Harambee Stars coach Sebastien Migne sacked over a series of poor performance at the national team, including falling to Tanzania’s Taifa Stars on Sunday at Kasarani Stadium to crumble out of the 2020 CHAN qualifiers.
Migne and kimanzi are frauds. They should be sent home. If they can’t sharpen local talent, what is their use in the national team?
Migne is a fraud, no tactics no strategy. He plays defensive then claims Kenya has no talent, what a useless coach!!!— The Don (@TheDon61950753) August 5, 2019
Top sports journalist Mike Okinyi led the call for Migne’s resignation moments after the team lost to Taifa Stars. He went ahead to say that if the coach did not resign, he would go on and release a dossier on the coach.
Im waiting to hear Migne has resigned…..if not iko dossier natoa. Moto sana……

However, a section of the fans did not take Okinyi’s message lightly, with some insisting that he needs to expose the rot whether Migne resigns or not.
@MikeOkinyi if dossier yako is for the good of Kenyan soccer it should be released regardless of what Migne decides to do
I don’t understand why you shall only release it on condition that Migne stays??? https://t.co/0aUUGzvQkH

We owe China a lot, what is Migne? He must go

Many people have linked the under-par performance of the national team to the team selection, claiming that it is done on who knows who at the federation as opposed to being done on merit.
Biasness in player selection is what is killing that team. Then you have a coach who is too obsessed with players who cant play football. The Federation too has players they want in the team. #HarambeeStars

An arrogant Migne told journalists on Sunday after the match that he was not going to resign, adding that consequently it would be very expensive for the federation to sack him in addition to the fact that they are struggling to pay his salary.
“I am under contract but it is already difficult to pay my salary and it will be difficult to pay the remainder of my full contract as well if I were to be sacked,” – Sebastien Migne. #MigneOut
