A court in Nairobi has summoned the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) acting Manager Bernard Nguyo to explain why he should not be held in contempt of court in the ongoing ‘mercury’
In his directive, Magistrate Kenneth Cheruiyot said that the court was convinced that the official was aware of the existing court orders and deliberately decided not to comply.
