Raila Under Fire Over His Recent Remarks; Portland Demolitions Evictees Talk of Unpaid Loans, Lost Savings & Uhuru’s Allies to be Probed Over NMS Sh14Bn Unpaid Bills

Good Morning Kenyans.

Despite it being over one year since the last general elections, 2027 election talks have intensified across both President William Ruto’s camp and Azimio’s.

Azimio coalition leader Raila Odinga, made headlines on Monday after making a U-turn on claims of endorsing Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka for the coalition’s flag bearer post come 2027.

According to the ODM party leader, the media was to blame for misinforming the public on the matter.

He noted that the praise he accorded to Kalonzo should not be interpreted as an endorsement for the top post.

The veteran politician noted that it was too early to make such a big move.

He further clarified that the decision on who will battle it out with Ruto in four years time will be decided a year before the elections.

This brings us to the big question, would Kalonzo be the best man to give Ruto a run for his money if endorsed?
