This was after a mental assessment conducted at the Mathari Hospital in Nairobi, confirmed she is a Kenyan adult of sound mind contrary to earlier reports that she might have been a minor.
Adhiambo stands accused of being behind the gruesome murder of Maigo whose lifeless body was found in his house bearing 25 stab wounds.
