Here are five simple tips that will help you cope with pregnancy loss;

1. Learn to make your own decisions.

There will always be advice from everyone. It’s good to listen but at the end of the day make your decision.

Take all the tie you need to heal even if you want to be off work for some time, borrow your boss permission. If you want to bury your child with your wife, do it! Let nobody come and tell you what you should do.

2. Remember to take care of yourself.

This is a very devastating thing to go through which may make you live your life freestyle.

Avoid that because it can make you run to drugs, alcohol and smoking because it won’t take away that pain. It will only ruin your health.

3. Talk to your partner.

Since both of you are different human beings, you have different ways of coping with grief.

One of you may want to talk or prefers keeping their emotions in the inside. Simply be open and honest about how you feel and look for ways on how you can cope with your baby’s loss.

4. Don’t pressure yourself, take it easy.

Not every day is a perfect day. There are days you will feel encouraged, other times you feel depressed thinking of the future or feel scared to try getting pregnant because of the first loss.

Learn to take things easy and things will eventually fall into place.

Every child is a gift from God and he is the author of our lives. He is the only one that knows why he took your little one away.

Seek him and he will grant you peace and blessings.
