Victoria Kimani ‘Only Artist’ Shaming Museveni Over Proposed Killings of Homosexuals

Kenyan artist Victoria Kimani has publicly shamed Ugandan president Yoweri Museveni following the proposed killings of homosexuals.

Angered Kimani took to Instagram to share her thoughts after Uganda announced the plans to impose the death penalty on homosexuals.

The singer expressed disgust questioning why people seem to be so bothered by what others decide to do with their love life.

“What is it about the gays that annoy you so much? Are you afraid of the aftermath of you and your fellow murdering “ men in power “ being exposed for being in the closet? How is what someone else decides to do with whom they love disturbing the peace in any way????” she questioned

Kimani described the suggested penalty as terrorism and strongly criticized it. According to Kimani, she is certain that even God has nothing to do with such an idea because the Holy Bible is against murder.

“I am not sure if God has anything to do with this, but even if that is your angle…. The Bible says ….Thou shalt not kill.

“It says let He that is without sin, cast the first stone, it says to LOVE thy neighbor” she added

The Singer also complained about how the African continent is so backward and people are still lagging back in time.

She expressed her concern over the fact that  Africans are still fighting for basic human rights in 2019.

Kimani is one of the Kenyan celebrities who have been vocal about women’s rights and this is a subject she is greatly concerned about.

The bill known as ‘Kill the gays’ in Uganda was rendered invalid 5 years ago but the government revealed plans to revive it.

The Ugandan government believes that if this bill is passed to law, it will restrain ‘unnatural sex’.

I’m probably the only African Artist who will use my Platform for this….. for many reasons …. but here we go….. I am not sure if God has anything to do with this, but even if that is your angle…. The Bible says …. Thou shalt not kill. It says let He that is without sin, cast the first stone, it says to LOVE thy neighbor. When I’m in other countries and I try to explain why coming back to Africa is like going back in time, because we are still fighting for basic human rights in 2019. What is it about the gays that annoy you so much? Are you afraid of the aftermath of you and your fellow murdering “ men in power “ being exposed for being in the closet? How is what someone else decides to do with whom they love disturbing the peace in any way???? I’m disgusted. We all like to scream Africa to the world Africa this and that …. look at our African music , our dance, our fashion, our movies, our Stars, our food, but are any of us doing anything about THE state of the actual AFRICAN PEOPLE !? Women are still fighting for the full use of their voice. And now, Gays are being sentenced to death in Uganda.
