Netizens were left in stitches after a thief who escaped mob justice was forced to dance.
It was an unexpected move since people thought what would follow was a thorough beating from the police or immediate arrest.
It was not clear what he had stolen or whatever crime he had committed but from the reactions, after the video was shared, people were not happy as they recalled how they once went through the hands of such guys who ruthlessly mishandled them.
Although most people were saying that he did not deserve a chance to entertain people, others supported the move and called on people to learn a lesson that a thief should not necessarily be killed after being caught in crime since they can change in the future.
This happens after Nairobi county government and the national police were called upon to beef up security in the city as cases of motorists losing their things from vehicle breakage started increasing.
