Former Bomet Governor Isaac Ruto’s son has become a subject for discussion on social media two years after his father blamed the duo of Uhuru Kenyatta and Wiliam Ruto for making him repeat class one for four consecutive years and even refused to go to standard two in 2016 waiting for the promised laptops.
Despite allegations that the former governor was using the podium to take a swipe at his political friend-turned foe Ruto, the speech sent the crowd at the rally and netizens into uncontrollable laughter as they can still remember two year years later.
The laptop for all standard one children in public primary schools was by then hailed as one of the most colorful Jubilee promises.
Ruto’s statement, however, remained questionable since he has been in politics for a long time and is thus assumed to be wealthy. It is therefore debatable if indeed his children attend public schools.
On Wednesday, the debate started when a tweep posted a screenshot of the story written two years remembering Ruto’s shocking revelation about his son which was captioned;
“I still think about Isaac Ruto’s son.”

Please let us not convert dumbness to be Government doings…..I am also in a position to understand that the former governor has the capability to purchase even a Main frame computer to his kid.😊
