Celebrated Tanzanian artiste Mbosso Khan has revealed why his boss Diamond Platinumz always shows his love for him unlike other artistes signed under Wasafi Label.
According to Mbosso, he and Diamond have a long history and that he knew Diamond even before Yamoto band was formed.
“Kinachofanya Diamond aoneasha hisia zake na mapenzi yake dhati kwangu ni story ya maisha yangu mimi na yeye kwani nilishakutana nae 2012 kabla hata ya Yamoto Band kuanza na tulishafanya nyimbo ila aikuishaga sababu ya ratiba zake za kazi”
Mbosso who comes from a humble background went on to say that Diamond came to his rescue after he tried to quite music.
He added that they once did a song with Diamond way back in 2011 but it hasn’t been released.
“Diamond helped me to secure my passport which am using it to date, “he revealed.
Mbosso revealed that some people never approved of him joining Wasafi, however, Chibu Dangote believed in him and that’s why up to date he is part of Wasafi family.
Sometimes back, Rayvanny revealed that he was the one who persuaded Diamond to sign Mbosso to Wasafi. The singer was revealed this during an interview with the press at the ‘Jibebe Challenge’ that was held over the past weekend.
“Mbosso Lava Lava ni watu ambao walinikuta Wasafi na pia nilikuwa nawaambia msikate tamaa kila kitu kinaenda sawa. Na nilikuwa naongea na Diamond bhana Mbosso yupo vizuri lakini hana Management tumsaidiae, mimi ndio nimelazimisha hadi Mbosso amefika pale,” said Rayvvnny.
Months after his newest signee Mbosso joined WCB Records and became a homeowner.
Mbosso, took to his social media accounts to show off his latest acquisition, a brand new bungalow.
“God is mighty and he knows it all especially about his faithful. Thank you, Lord. This may be seen like something small or insignificant to some people, to me, it not. It is a big deal” he wrote.
He continued: This is more so because before, I could never have thought I would own a home I could call my own. Thank you for the love and support you have shown to my career, that has enabled me to own a home.
“You mean, I, Mbosso has a home! Let me thank all of you for your love. Thank you for seeing the potential of my talent and supporting it from the beginning to date. May God equally bless you and open the door for you to achieve your desires and dreams so that you can keep supporting my craft. Blessings are galore”.
Mbosso joined WCB after his former group disbanded amid speculation of misunderstanding with their management. Yamoto was being managed by Diamond’s other manager Mkubwa Fella.
