The man identified as Pensmart Dairy service CEO Peter Njoroge, had satisfied the “gullible” senator who had reportedly seen the “CEO” posing next to fuel guzzlers.

He would, later on, organize a meeting with the Facebook impostor who planned on how to build the senator an expansive cowshed for all his cows. Senator Ledama keeps a number of cows in his home and is known to entertain his guests to nyamachoma on numerous occasions.

In the meeting, the senator is said to have agreed on a Sh320,000 budget with Njoroge after which he committed to pay Sh200,000 upfront.

Excited, Njoroge would disappear with the money and never visit the legislator’s home again.

Moments after deal gone bad, Senator Ledama called Njoroge incessantly for two weeks but he would not pick his calls.Image result for ledama and raila

However, when he picked the calls, Njoroge would have long narrations that wore the senator after a while.

After getting fresh with Njoroge, Senator Ledama told the court that he pressured Njoroge to refund his money or face court action.

Njoroge is said to have refunded Sh50,000 to Ledama before saying he did not have money to pay the remaining amount owed.

After two weeks, no single hammer had sounded at Ledama’s home and only a few building materials had been transported to his yard where the construction was to take place.

When he appeared before a Milimani magistrate, Francis Andayi Tuesday, Njoroge pleaded not guilty of the charges pressed against him and pleaded to be given a fair cash bail.

The magistrate released him on  Sh150,000 cash bail, saying the case will be heard in July.
