The government has now rolled out a new system to register property.
Through the Ministry of Lands and Physical planning, the new system was introduced with a step by step guide on how to go about it.
This comes amid President Uhuru Kenyatta’s digital migration policy for all ministries and processes in government.
“Our vision is that in the next five years, every part of the country will be connected, thus allowing all citizens partake in the digital movement,” said President Kenyatta earlier at a Rwanda conference, emphasising the importance of going digital.

The new registration process is poised to be more efficient, taking 12 days.
