Comedian Kazungu Matano, popularly known as Captain Otoyo took to social media to advise ladies who ignore men.
Well, have you ever found a guys message on your WhatsApp, gave blue ticks and acted like you never saw anything? Captain Otoyo just tendered advice to you.
The former Radio Maisha Presenter who was allegedly fired over misconduct took to his Instagram and posted a page of the holy book’Bible’ and captioned:

The bible verse that Otoyo posted talks about a time when men will be so scarce and women will be being men to marry them.
The ratio of men to women is projected at 1:7 meaning that 7 women will be on one man.
Well, Otoyo previously on his Instastories had posted the same photo and captioned it
