This comes from the chemistry that the two exhibited in the song an during the launch of Nandy’s album where Willy Paul walked Nandy on a red carpet.

From the video, Willy Paul is heard referring to Nandy as ‘Mke’ which means wife. He says that Nandy is lazy but he still loves her even in that weakness of being lazy
