Suspicion is running high after an American businessman died in a Nairobi hotel moments after taking dinner.
Detectives drawn from the american Embassy and the DCI are combing the scene for clues after Mr Carlson Matthew Fredrick was found dead in a city hotel.
Reports indicate the American was found dead on his bed with blood oozing out of his mouth.
He had arrived in the country on May, 2 and had booked himself into the city hotel.
Mr Fredrick is said to have been in the country for business reasons, and had taken dinner on Tuesday before retiring to his hotel room only to be found dead the following day.
Gigiri Police boss, Richard Muguai said they had not yet established the cause of the death but they were working round the clock to determine the possible reasons behind it.
