The Governor of Bomet County Dr Joyce Laboso has acted swiftly to avoid being shamed like Kiambu Governor Ferdinand Waititu.
Governor Waititu was the talk of the town after he presented a bizarre budget which basically resembled the Budget line of the State House.
But Bomet Governor has launched a public website where the members of the public can keep record of the counties expenditure.
This website will also help the county to fully account for all the expenditures.
