Moha Jichopevu on the verge of becoming Lecturer at MKU

On top of relaunching the explosive Jicho Pevu TV series, Politician cum Investigative journalist Mohammed Ali will reportedly become part of the teaching staff at MKU, where he set to train budding investigative journalists.

Ali, popularly known as, Moha jicho pevu, was one part of the most dynamic and daring investigative journalist’s duo alongside John Allan Namu.

The two brought to light numerous cases touching on extra-judicial killings, corruption and terrorism that often led to direct threats made against their lives as well as their families.

A cryptic tweet from the Nyali Member of Parliament (MP) revealed that the legislator was working on a major comeback at a brand new TV station.

Despite scanty details regarding the soon-to-be-launched station, our contacts claimed that TV47 would mainly focus on airing untold stories touching on Kenyans.

The MKU founder is reportedly looking to have the new TV station complement his Ksh40 million Rwandese radio station,107.9  Royal FM, which is based inside the MKU Kigali Campus.

TV47 is reportedly in the process of recruiting several top-notch journalists to its ranks in the build-up to the grand launch.

Speaking to a local pubisher a source who preferred anonymity disclosed that Ali was set to join a brand new television station, TV47, owned by Mount Kenya University (MKU) founder Simon Gicharu.

The two have been spotted together on numerous occasions engaged in deep conversation, with sources affirming that they had settled on a deal that would see the Nyali MP land two lucrative jobs.

“A camera as revolutionary as you are! I am coming. New station, new deal. Guess who’s coming to dinner?” Mohammed tweeted.
