In the continuous rise of disturbing criminal news, its yet again revealed that two men have been arrested by Kondele police after the despicable act of defiling four minors in Manyatta slums in Kisumu central sub-county.
The two were on separate incidents. OCS Boniface Mutie confirmed that the two are being held at the police station awaiting court ruling.
The first suspect; Samuel Ambasa Kirumbe aged 30, allegedly repeatedly defiled three minors aged 13, 14 and 17 while Kelvin Ochieng aged 28 is accused of defiling a 12-year-old minor.
One of the parents whose Class 5 daughter was defiled by one of the suspects who is her neighbor narrated that the 12-year-old girl went missing on Sunday evening at around 7 pm sending them into a panic as a search for her continued overnight until Monday morning.
The woman said they later established that her neighbour locked the minor inside his house and defiled her, adding that the same neighbour pretended to be helping them to search for the girl yet he knew what happened.
