Kiambu Governor Ferdinand Waititu is still subjected to waves of attacks after submitting an audit report which resembles that of the national government.
That audit report alone has ruined the name of Waititu as people are also on the streets calling for his ouster.
Kiambu Woman Rep Gathoni Wa Muchomba gave him 14 days to explain “weird” expenditure in county’s financial statement.
She threatened to lead residents to close down Waititu’s office. Speaking at Athi village in Juja where she donated Sh2 million worth of chicks to cluster groups, Wa Muchomba accused Waititu of using his office to enrich himself.
“This man will milk us to the grave,” said Wa Muchomba. She claimed the governor had misappropriated millions of shillings allocated to the Kaa Sober initiative.
