Former AFC Leopards midfielder Kevin Kimani will not be available for Mathare United as they travel to Kakamega to face AFC Leopards.
Kimani has been out due to a contusion on his upper gluteal muscle. He has missed matches against Vihiga United, Sofapaka and Zoo FC and was expected to available for Leopards match.
The club has confirmed that the player who had one of the shortest stints at the den will be back in close two weeks time
“Kimani remains sidelined for Sunday’s clash against his former club AFC Leopards SC at Bukhungu Stadium. He is expected to return to action in less than a fortnight,” the club’s statement on Facebook read.
Mathare United will be targeting a double over AFC Leopards having won 2-0 in the first leg meeting.
