The leadership tussles that have rocked the Nairobi Hospital might soon be over as a new set of management is set to be soon unveiled.
Months after extending the suspension and ultimate sack of then CEO Gordon Odundo, reports have emerged that a new CEO is set to be named sooner.
Nairobi Hospital, one of East Africa’s most advanced hospitals that has been at war with itself since November last year.
At stake is the control of billions of shillings in tenders for projects and the staggering revenue the hospital generates on an annual basis.
It has now been revealed that Senator Gideon Moi’s wife, Zahra Moi, is in line to take over as the hospital’s next CEO.
Her name was fronted alongside 9 others.
They are, Richard Omwela, architect Otieno Odongo, former MP Chris Bichage and the chief executive of CBA Bank Kenya, Jeremy Ngunze.
With a new CEO being fronted to take over, the fate of the other seven directors remain in the balance with reports that they will all be relived of their duties growing.
