City Lawyer Donald Kipkorir has come out hitting at Kiambu County Governor Ferdinard Waititu after he announced his strange 2018/2019 budget lines and expenditures.
While taking to his twitter account Lawyer Kipkorir wrote saying, “Knowing its Governor Ferdinand Waititu is our next Deputy President, Kiambu County is already doing rehearsal in local & Foreign expenditure: It has allocated money for our State House & South Sudan Peace Process …. Kipkorir’s statement came after Governor Waititu announced shocking budget details which included South Sudan Kitty of Sh 58 million
What took Kenyans by surprise, is that the audit revealed that Kiambu County government may have allocated budgets for functions that have nothing to do with Kiambu County.
However, he denied the budget lines and the attendant expenditure adding that even himself was shocked by the numbers and the budgetary allocations.
