Celebrated Media personality Betty Kyallo has today hinted on vying for an MP seat.
The K24 host shared a photo of her during a public meeting with Embakasi East residents which had been organized by Babu Owino and his wife.
Betty Kyallo in the caption of her photo says that she had posed like a politician and she asks her fans on whether they see potential in her to be an MP or be on any other political seat.
Although Betty did not out-rightly spell it that it is in her interest to vie for the MP seat, she shared another post calling herself ‘Mheshimiwa’
“Mresh kakuwa mhesh.” she said in a tweet.
Perhaps she was just saying it for the humour but some Kenyans seemed to be excited about this hint.
Other celebrities also jumped in to declare that they would support and even vote for her if she decides to run for a political post.
Some of her fans even suggested that Babu Owino should be her mentor and added that she should run for the Nairobi Women Rep post in 2022.
Others are not for the idea and suggested that Betty should maintain her media role instead of joining the political scene
