Akothee condemns fake social media lifestyle

Female artist Akothee has today condemned the habit of fake social media lifestyles and warned fans not to be carried away by it.

Akothee says that the problem is that people have a tendency of comparing themselves with other social media users yet they do not know  their background or story.

The Singer says that people should  learn how to start from the bottom instead  of being carried away by the social media hype.

Akothee’s advise is that people can become what they want to be only if the set their priorities right.

The Singer also narrated where she was 19 years ago and she says that people should learn that we all go through different journies.

“In 2000 I already had 4 children and seen both hell and some shiti shit , Before you compete with people you met on social media 3 years ago, tell me where you were in 2000, “I was selling soap in Awendo town I had just given birth to @fancy_makadia ” I din’t even know how to use a fork and a knife , forget about seeing the door of a taxi , airport was not even a dream? Me traveling to where 🤣🤣🤣😂😂” she said in her post.

You can be the person you want to be, the problem is that you have your priorities upside down, so you feel like you have achieved alot by making people believe that what you post is actually yours, then off cameras, the truth hits you like Oooh shit , did I just lie that I own that land yet it belongs to my neighbor ?🤔 that business you posted last week was not yours , but thats what your dream is about , can we stop starting from the top , and mellow down to the roots , never get carried away with social media hype🤔. my chapter ten should not be a comparison to your chapter 1 , you still have a long way to go , in 2000 I already had 4 children and seen both hell and some shiti shit , Before you compete with people you met on social media 3 years ago, tell me where you were in 2000, "I was selling soap in Awendo town I had just given birth to @fancy_makadia " I din't even know how to use a fork and a knife , forget about seeing the door of a taxi , airport was not even a dream? Me traveling to where 🤣🤣🤣😂😂 After all the shit I went back to rongo , thats where my happiness lies , my umblicalcord was burried there 🤣😂😂😂 and you ?
