I have heard that there was a lady who quit her job and the psychopath boss verbally abused, kidnapped her in his car while he drove like a maniac for about three hours then later kept stalked online afterwards, and kept threatening her in her new job.

So here’s how to quit that job with an overbearing psycopath for a boss

1.Make Sure There’s a Witness

Ask one or two of your co-workers to be there in the morning the day yo resign. You need witnesses incase your boss would like to pounce on you for no good reason.

2. Do Not Say Anything to Escalate the Situation

Learn the art of ‘drinking water’ meaning keep quiet, because no one can speak with water in their mouth. After you have expressed your will to leave in whichever manner you are supposed to just keep quiet. Unless it is a question that you NEED to answer.

Yes, I’m not talking about thinking I mean a clear exit…. a door.. yes, a door. Your boss must be hot-tempered by now, you never know what he/she might do. A shoe might lad on your face or you may be chased out like a dog. Just make sure you know your quickest way out and please pack your stuff beforehand, you just never know how it will go.

4.Record the Conversation on Your Mobile

There are several mobile apps that will record a live conversation. So please arm yourself, this is a battle and you might find yourself in court for reasons you do not understand.

5.Consider Resigning Directly to HR

If you want to avoid the type of confrontation, consider submitting your resignation directly to HR or Manager. If the office you work at does not have an HR representative present, call them over the phone. There is no rule that says you owe your abusive boss an explanation in person. Then, arrange to pick up your stuff when your boss is not there.
