Real Madrid to snap up Pogba?

Following reports of Real Madrid being optimistic of signing Paul Pogba, Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is confident the Frenchman will still be at the club next season.

During the international break with France, Pogba publicly flirted with Real Madrid noting that a move to the Santiago Bernabeu would be a dream, “Like I’ve always said, Real Madrid is a dream for anyone.

It’s one of the biggest clubs in the world.” Pogba has undergone a slump at United recently after a bright start under Solskjaer but has been named in the PFA Team of the Year.

Speaking in a press conference ahead of the Chelsea clash, Solskjaer provided a transfer update on Pogba,

“You can’t guarantee anything in football but yes, I think Paul is gonna be here, I can assure you he’s now very determined to succeed at Man United. He’s done fantastic for us, he’s a human being as well, he’s human, and we’re all the same, we want him to do well, he’s a leader in that dressing room and on the pitch for us.”
