“Pozee Ni Mwizi!” Fans Allege Willy Paul Stole ‘Hallelujah’ Hit

Willy Paul’s controversies seem to have no end. From unscrupulous rumors of him ‘dipping his hand in the cookie jars’ of certain Nairobi divas, to him tasting the realms of secular music with impunity.

And now, it appears that Willy Paul is a creatives copycat too!

According to harsh allegations from a section of his fanbase, it is believed that Willy Paul went fishing in Tanzania for the Hallelujah song that he recently released with Tanzanian songstress Nandi.

One that he stole entirely from a fellow gospel musician residing in our good ol’ neighbor down below!

In fact, a bevy of Kenyans have singled out Willy Paul’s song; stating that it closely resembles the song Habeeby, which was released a few months back.

We’ll have you know that Willy’s Hallelujah was released on March 29th 2019, barely making it a month old.

Upon sampling both, it’s crystal clear that there’s some sense of foul play going on here.

The tempo is all too familiar. Did Willy Paul really commit thievery?

There have been no comments from Meg-C to claim she was robbed in broad daylight.

We’ll just have to wait and see how this saga plays out!
