Former Vice President of the United States (US) Joe Biden on Thursday announced his decision to run for president for a third time, answering one of the biggest outstanding questions about the makeup of the 2020 race.

Biden was the 47th vice president and served under 44th US president Barack Obama from 2009 – 2017. Most of the memes were made in response to current US President Donald Trump winning the presidency in 2016.
