A woman in Malindi has brought hell to her 70-year-old German lover for failing to give her Sh200,000 for upkeep.
She allegedly framed Karl Heinz, to have sexually defiled her eight-year-old in her plot to forcefully get the money.
According to the accused, the woman had threatened to report him for the case if Mr Heinz did not give her the money before going back to Germany.
“She wanted the money before I could fly back to Germany. She knew I was supposed to leave the country,” Mr Heinz said.
“She became angry and said I would regret if I tried going to Germany without giving her the money,” he added.
The matter is currently in court, where Heinz admitted that he knew the alleged victim since she was one-year-old and had been helping her jobless mother.
Mr Heinz asked the alleged victim’s mother to take hospital tests to prove her case.
His lawyer Alfred Wanga will be making submissions on his behalf in the next mention date on May 6.
