Akothee recalls the day she bought a handbag worth half a million

Controversial Female artist Akothee has recalled the day she bought a handbag worth half a million.

The Singer says that she was living a very flashy lifestyle but she decided to tone it down a bit because she got tired of it.

“There are things I have done in the past that do not make sense now” she said

Akothee says that she could buy a handbag worth 500,000 or 300,000 but end up getting robbed or realize that the bag is too heavy because of the pure leather quality.

The Singer had a sit down herself and realized that there some of things that were not necessary and she also put herself in the shoes of those who could not afford.

Speaking on Mseto East Africa, Akothee says that there was a time she could cancel her flight simply because the seats in the business class were fully booked.

This lifestyle did not come in a blink of the eye, Akothee says there was a time she could not afford that luxury and had to stick to the basic needs. She says that she only had one pair of shoe and people used to make fun of her.

Fast forward to her current time, Akothee has 3 wardrobes of shoes which she does not even wear.

Inside her luxurious lifestyle, Akothee says that the rings on one of her hand cost her 5 Million Kenyan Shillings.
