With Manchester United facing West Ham United in an English Premier League clash on Saturday 13th April, Paul Pogba could equal Thierry Henry’s record of becoming the first Frenchman to record double figures for goals and assists in a single Premier League campaign.

Pogba has sort of subsided since regaining his form following the departure of Jose Mourinho back in December after going on a revival with the take over of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

The Frenchman has been linked with Real Madrid after flirting with the Spanish giants during the international break with France as he admitted that it would be a dream to play for Los Blancosunder Zinedine Zidane.

Should the 26-year-old register an assist this weekend against West Ham he will become the first Frenchman to record double figures for goals and assists in a single Premier League campaign since Thierry Henry did so for Arsenal in 2004-05. Pogba currently has 11 goals and nine assists in the competition, but without a direct goal involvement in his last four matches he is running out of time.
