The two-term governor has warned African leaders who are clinching on power for too long.

He also urged leaders to move out of power instead of waiting to be moved out like the likes of Bashir and Bouteflika of Algeria.

He, however, appreciated the effort the leaders have done in the continent and that they have helped in a way.

“I hope African leaders are getting that it is time for GENERATIONAL CHANGE,” Mutua tweeted.

Who do you think will be the next leader to be rained on?
