Kenyan Journalist John Allan Namu has made it to the long list of nominations for a top global award under his Independent Media House Africa Uncensored
Africa Uncensored is an independent media house set up by Kenya’s finest investigative journalists including the celebrated media personality John Allan Namu who is the co-founder of the media house.
Their goal is to investigate, expose and empower; which they have done to their best by covering the key issues affecting our today’s society.
Allan Namu stated that he is indeed grateful that Africa Uncensored
has made it to the longlist of nominees for this years Special Award.
The final three nominees in each category will be announced later this month, and the winners will be presented at the Awards ceremony on Monday 17 June at BAFTA in London.
Allan Namu also congratulated all the other independent media houses that have made it from across the world.
The media house is the only under the Special Award Category representing Kenya.
