Ruto bows down to pressure and registers for huduma number

After the launch of the Huduma number by president Uhuru Kenyatta, Raila who was in Mombasa, Kalonzo and Wetang’ula in Muranga, Musalia Mudavadi in Kajiado were registered and given the Huduma Namba except for Ruto who was in Kakamega.

This later led to unanswered question from the political arena.

Led by Cotu secretary general Francis Atwoli, a number of politicians urged Deputy President William Ruto to declare his stand on Huduma Namba.

“Watu wa tangatanga hawajaambia watu wachukue. Watu wa Rift valley wanasema wanangojea Ruto awaambie,” Atwoli said.

Finally DR. DP William Ruto and his family members are finally registering for the huduma namba..Raila and the rest had curtain raised for the enigma last week. @AmedoShair #UkweliWaMambo— Nick™ (@Kiplimo_Nick) April 9, 2019

This loosely translates to, “The Tangatanga group has not told people to get Huduma Namba. Rift Valley residents say they are waiting for Ruto to give them the go ahead.”

Well, the DP was quick to dismiss reports that he boycotted the event, stating that he was held up in a State function.

And on Tuesday afternoon, the DP registered for the HUDUMA number in Langata constituency where he met locals also lined up for the exercise
