The Popular World-renown talent search ‘Got Talent’ has officially been launched in East Africa.
East Africa Got Talent show will provide a platform for artists and other talented individuals to showcase their talents and boosting their careers.
The show was today launched in Nairobi, Kenya at the Movenpick Hotel.
Sports and Culture CS Amina Mohammed, KFCB Boss Ezekiel Mutua and Safaricom Chief Customer Officer; Sylvia Mulinge were among the top officials who graced the launch event.
Others who were in attendance are sponsors of the show and entertainers as well as top officials in the entertainment industry.
Conceived and owned by Simon Cowell’s SYCOtv company, the franchise has been featured in over 40 countries worldwide, with the most famous being America’s Got Talent and Britain’s Got Talent.
Auditions for this show will be held at KICC Nairobi on 11th and 12th May and 19th May 2019 in Mombasa.
Those selected will be invited to participate in the next round of the theatre auditions in June and the finalists selected to battle it out in the Semi Finals in September.
