Huduma Namba is useless and waste of millions, Says Kabogo

Ex Kiambu governor William Kabogo has asked President Kenyatta the tough question majority of Kenyans have been asking for the past few days after the launch of the much-hyped Huduma Namba.

While speaking in a live TV interview. Kabogo challenged President Uhuru Kenyatta to explain how the National Integrated Identity Management System (Niims) will transform the lives of Kenyans

According to Kabogo, President Kenyatta should explain to Kenyans how the Niims project will improve the living standards of a common Kenyan.

“I boarded a matatu at 5 o’clock in the morning. I wanted to hear what Kenyans are saying. Don’t give us this rubbish, tell us how you will improve our lives,” said Kabogo. 

He further argued that the whole idea doesn’t make sense, adding that it is senseless to waste millions of shillings on the new system when Kenyans need food among other basic needs. 

According to President Kenyatta in his speech during the lauch speech assured Kenyans that the programme will work in their favour as far as governement services are concerned.
