Christian Radio Station Kubamba has closed down on grounds that they are transitioning.
The Station took to its social media pages to inform its listeners that they were leaving their 91.6 frequency, without divulging details on the type of transition they are walking into.
“Today we say goodbye to 91.6FM, Comment below or call in LIVE on 0792-100010 and bid us KWAHERI as we transition” reads a post on Instagram.
Reports indicate that the station reached on a decision to do away with their frequency due to financial constraints.
The public reacted to Kubamba Radio posts bidding them goodbye and expressing how they would miss the station others asking where the radio was transitioning to.

That was the hardest show, knowing it’s the last one, kubamba is my family and it’s my prayer that God will take you to greater heights and you will continue being a blessing to so many out there. Will continue praying for you guys and kubamba ministry.
