Did he really con Sh3.6M? This is the shocking agreement Ng’ang’a signed

Controversial televangelist James Ng’ang’a of Neno Evangelism Centre has been arrested for allegedly defrauding a businessman Sh3.6 million.

Police picked up the Neno Evangelism Centre head from his home and drove him to Central Police Station where he spent the night.

After hours of interrogation, Ng’ang’a was released Friday morning on a Sh200,000 cash bail or Sh300,000 bond to be arraigned in court later in the day.

“He had agreed to pay but he has been delaying to honour that agreement. So we decided to process him and take him to court,” Central police commander Stanley Atavachi said.

The preacher, who is facing charges of killing a woman through reckless driving and threatening journalist Linus Kaikai, is expected to appear in Milimani Law Courts for the charges on Friday.
