A popular City Pastor Mr Tee has called out Willy Paul over his song ‘Hallelujah’.
The 5 day old song which is a collabo with Nandy has received a lot of reaction and from the hype got over 1 Million views and still counting.
The Song has triggered mixed reactions from people who claim that the Singer is a disgrace to the Gospel Industry whereas others totally like this new style.
The Pastor says that
“The name hallelujah means hail or praise Yahweh. The context and content of the sexualized version of the song is nothing but total disrespect to the authority of Yahweh.” he said in hi post
Mr Tee says that it’s a sad reality that the video was shot by a renowned gospel artist now a gifted and talented video producer.
He also added that the Gospel industry is on mute mode
Mr Tee believes that the gospel industry is going through a heart testing moment and there will be a shift and sift is soon.
Does it mean that Willy Paul will soon join the secular industry? Another Gospel Singer who was once in a cult said that Willy Paul is misleading people and should find his way back to Christ.
Even as the debate rages on, Willy Paul seems to be embracing his new music style. From his recent Instagram post, he says
“I want to take this opportunity to thank all of you for embracing this tune.. n the new me ” cleary he also understands that there is a change.
The Man of God Mr Tee says that after stumbling on Willy Paul’s song, the Lord released this scripture in his spirit.
