Milimani Law Court will, on Friday, determine the fate of an insurance company worker.
An Insurance Company worker pleaded guilty to stealing Sh250,000.
Fredrick Otieno Odongo appeared before senior resident magistrate Caroline Muthoni Nzibe at Milimani Law Courts and pleaded guilty to stealing the money.
The court heard that on diverse dates between September 27, 2017, and February 12, 2019, in Nairobi, being a servant at Jubilee Insurance Company, Odongo stole Sh250,000.
The money stolen was the property of Jubilee Insurance Company.
The facts of the case will be read on Friday to determine whether he will be sentenced or he will be fined.
