A worker with the Jubilee Insurance Company on Thursday admitted that he actually stole Sh250,000 as charged.
The court heard that on diverse dates between September 27, 2017 and February 12, 2019 in Nairobi, Fredrick Otieno Odongo stole the insurance company’s Sh250,000.
Milimani Law Courts Resident Magistrate Caroline Muthoni Nzibe ruled that the case will be read on Friday to determine whether the suspect will be sentenced or he will be fined.
