Rwandan President Paul Kagame’s second born and only daughter Ange Kagame was on Twitter put on the spot by citizens against her father’s way of governance.

This came after the 25-year-old beauty called out a publication by The Economist publication for negatively portraying Rwanda.

“It’s a little hard to hear/see on that high horse they sit on. Also, confused about whether the point of the article was to “analyze” Rwanda’s post genocide recovery or continue their not so mild obsession with Kagame & their recycled narrative,” posted Ange on her Twitter.

“Twenty-five years after the genocide, Rwanda is still an enigma. Its recovery in economic, social and psychological terms is hotly debated. Almost every aspect of the past and present is still argued over,” read part of the publication.

However, Ange’s intervention on behalf of her country was met by an enraged bunch who are not necessarily big fans of the Kagame tenure.
